When I arrived at Twin City Toyota three hours later, everything was ready for my closing. Chris came into the dealership on his day off to meet me in person and finalize the transaction. Alishah was the sales manager as well as the finance manager; she presented the incremental products and services typical of all dealers. “ I bought a used 2014 Prius around July of 2025 and have nothing but good to say! I purchased my vehicle with Don (forgot his last name, sorry, maybe Hurtgen?). He had a LOT of knowledge about the Prius! You could tell his dad-mode kicked in when talking about it with me and my husband once he found out we had not had a vehicle like this before. Before I owned this car, the service report showed it had only ever been serviced at TCT so when I took over ownership, it only felt right to continue with that. They notified me through text when my car was due for a tire rotation and oil change. Scheduling was very easy. There were a lot of people waiting in the waiting room when I dropped my car off so I was worried about a long wait, but I was out within about 30-40mins! While waiting, they send text updates on the process along with the multi-point inspection report and even a video of the inspection to my phone! I have never experienced that before so it felt very nice to be able to visually see what they looked at on my car! At this time, I have no notes! Everyone is very helpful and I am happy to have purchased my vehicle with Twin City Toyota 😊 ”
