Alishah was the sales manager as well as the finance manager; she presented the incremental products and services typical of all dealers. He had a LOT of knowledge about the Prius! You could tell his dad-mode kicked in when talking about it with me and my husband once he found out we had not had a vehicle like this before. Before I owned this car, the service report showed it had only ever been serviced at TCT so when I took over ownership, it only felt right to continue with that. They notified me through text when my car was due for a tire rotation and oil change. Scheduling was very easy. There were a lot of people waiting in the waiting room when I dropped my car off so I was worried about a long wait, but I was out within about 30-40mins! While waiting, they send text updates on the process along with the multi-point inspection report and even a video of the inspection to my phone! I have never experienced that before so it felt very nice to be able to visually see what they looked at on my car! At this time, I have no notes! Everyone is very helpful and I am happy to have purchased my vehicle with Twin City Toyota 😊 ”
