I found a used car for my daughter I was looking for on Twin city’s website but there weren’t any pictures up yet due to the fact the car was still going through their used car check out process. I simply sent an email asking for photos and more information and Jessica contacted me back right away and then went out of her way to send me photos and give me more information. The moment it was available to look be looked at I was notified immediately by Jessica via text message and she set me up an appointment with Lindsey to finalize a deal. Long story short, the process from test drive to my daughter driving it home was very quick and simple without any hassles. They stuck to their advertised price I seen online plus the small normal dealer fees. My daughter and I are very pleased with the vehicle and how we were treated. No complaints.

I really don't think 5 stars is enough for my experience with Twin City Toyota. I really WAS NOT planning to purchase a new car, I was just looking around seeing what my options were. However, after meeting with Mike Neal a sales associate, things started to change. He asked me all the right questions concerning my visit and before too long I was test driving a Toyota Rav 4. I was not pressured, and he said take your time and I did. I stopped at an area not far away from Twin City and opened the hood to view the engine, I also backed a distance away and viewed the SUV from a distance on all sides. I also drove on the highway back to Twin - City, He of course asked, " so how did it go? " I said let's talk about my purchasing this vehicle, it didn't take long, and we reached an agreement. I can't say enough about Mike, he answers all of your questions, and mentions specifics that lets you know, that he wants to make sure your content. Everyone else from Alishah in financing to Michele the cashier, made me feel right at home. I was conducting business with new friends I had just made and have nothing but positive things to say about each of them!!
